Hospital da Plástica has acquired two material trolleys for “Emergency – Cardiac Arrest,” fully equipped and in accordance with the rules established by the Brazilian Society of Intensive Therapy (Sociedade Brasileira de Terapia Intensiva). Although we hope we don’t need to use them, they are available on the 3rd floor (hall near the rooms) and in the ICU (CTI) on the 1st floor. Our medical staff is also available round-the-clock for any emergency that might occur.

Hospital da Plástica has already ordered 02 more monitors Criticare 597-E Scholar II to be used when patients return to their rooms, in the immediate post-operatory period. The rooms are also equipped with cardiac monitor, oximeter, and saturation, blood pressure and temperature controllers. Available as of April 2004.

Rooms 07 and 08 have had their old air-conditioners replaced by central (external) air-conditioners – 30.000 BTUs each. Others may be installed in the remaining rooms in case of general approval.

Hospital da Plástica offers all kinds and sizes of mammoimplants – both polyurethane and texturized, for the same price as that of Silimed. Attention: we don’t exchange implants and we don’t accept to store implants purchased outside Hospital da Plástica.

We offer for sale several models of compression garments, abdominal binders, bras and other medical garments for post-operatory use. Prices below market price.

From April on, the main office will be open until 19:00 h to make it easier for patients to schedule their surgeries.

Hospital da Plástica is open for surgical procedures on Saturdays as well.
